Accessibility Statement

Welcome to the accessibility section of the Coprem S.r.l. website.
For us, inclusion is a fundamental value, and we are constantly working to ensure that our online services are accessible to everyone, regardless of individual abilities.
This accessibility statement describes the measures we have taken to make our website compliant with the new accessibility standards required by the regulations in force as of June 28, 2025, and our commitment to continuously improve the experience for all users.

Accessibility Statement
Drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree 27 May 2022, n. 82 - model as per Decision (EU) 2018/1523
Coprem S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with Legislative Decree 27 May 2022, n. 82, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.coprem.it/

STATUS OF COMPLIANCE
Partially Compliant
Despite our constant commitment to making the website fully accessible, we declare partial compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, due to a disproportionate economic and organizational burden for the complete resolution of some issues.
Specifically, the full implementation of all WCAG 2.2 success criteria would require, for some sections or functionalities, financial and human resources that are not currently available or sustainable, or structural interventions that would compromise operational continuity or existing technological stability. This currently prevents us from eliminating all identified accessibility barriers.
This website is partially compliant with the rules defined by the WCAG 2.2 A accessibility standards, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

INACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reasons:
  • The contrast of the language selection texts does not meet the minimum contrast of 4.5:1.
  • The contrast of some white texts does not meet the minimum contrast of 4.5:1.
  • The contrast of some green texts does not meet the minimum contrast of 4.5:1.
  • The contrast of some yellow texts does not meet the minimum contrast of 4.5:1.
  • The presence of text images with alternative descriptions that are not sufficiently descriptive.
  • Partially incorrect HTML code.
  • Some images may not have alternative text.
  • Some elements may not correctly communicate their functionality.
  • The cookie modal may not be accessible.
  • The map may not be accessible.
  • The PDFs may not be accessible.

COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We are committed to continuing the journey of improving the accessibility of our website. To this end, we will adopt the following measures:
  • Constant monitoring: We will periodically evaluate the accessibility status of the site, also based on the evolution of technologies and regulations.
  • Progressive interventions: We will commit to implementing improvements, prioritizing areas that present the greatest criticalities or are most used by users.
  • Feedback reception: Feedback and suggestions received from users regarding specific difficulties encountered will be carefully analyzed and will form a fundamental basis for planning future adaptation interventions. We therefore invite users to contact us through the dedicated feedback mechanism to communicate any accessibility problems.
Our goal is to ensure an inclusive browsing experience for all users, and we are determined to progressively reduce barriers, consistent with available resources and the organization's strategic priorities.
