Protection systems for precast and in-situ concrete using HDPE (high-density polyethylene) liners, ensuring not only the structural strength of the concrete but also hydraulic sealing and durability of the construction, thereby reducing the risk of liquid leaks into the ground.
An innovative system for assembling box modules to form a single beam, solving the problem of crossing roads, highways, and railways in a short time, with reducing of roadblocks and exhaust emissions.
Thanks to the use of raw materials from recovery procedures where aggregates transition from waste to product status, COPREM promotes a circular economy, getting CAM certification for much of its manufactured products.
Therefore, in implementing the Integrated Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System, COPREM commits to pursue the following objectives:
Address sustainable development issues (social and economic nature as well), recognizing the need to consider the overall context in which the Organization operates, including the needs and expectations of the various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, local communities, institutions, etc.).
Identify all interested parties (Stakeholders) in the Organization's performance, identifying their expectations and needs, and clarifying those the Company chooses to qualify as "compliance obligations."
Respond to the requirements of the current legislation on environmental and safety protection and all the prescriptions, including voluntary commitments, inherent to the company's activity.
Actively and motivatedly involve the company's staff and all stakeholders (including customers and suppliers) to achieve the set objectives through awareness and continuous training activities, measuring and verifying compliance.
Constantly pursue the achievement of business efficiency and effectiveness goals, aware that economic and financial solidity is essential for ensuring the company's future development and customer satisfaction.
COPREM defines the following improvement objectives:
Reduce energy consumption and exploit renewable sources by completing an energy efficiency project and installing photovoltaic panels to cover internal consumption.
Manage water discharges favoring water recovery and reuse in the production cycle.
Reduce the risk of environmental pollution by adopting more effective technological solutions.
Introduce awareness and training interventions on the integrated management system within the company training plan.
Address the "compliance obligations" resulting from the context analysis and the evaluation of Stakeholders' expectations, particularly regarding product and service quality expectations, environmental and territorial aspects, and scientific and technological aspects.
Organize, harmonize, and optimize processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and personnel involvement and motivation.
Promote the Organization's presence in industry associations and public and/or private clients, including collaborations with High Schools, to expand Coprem's knowledge in the sectors of interest and intercept specialized human resources with professional profiles adequate for the company's growth and development objectives.
