HDPE V-Grip Liner

COPREM makes the versatility of the V-Grip liner available to customers: the ideal protection for both precast and in-situ castings

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) liner with V-Grip technology has special V-shaped anchors extruded directly onto one side of the sheet during production. The other surface is completely smooth, and even in contact with corrosive chemicals it provides perfect protection for the concrete.

This technology enables optimum concrete flow, making it the ideal solution for linings applied after the first casting. In this case, the liner is laid with V-anchors against the concrete surface - e.g. in existing basins, water collection tanks, open channels, or for sewage restoration. Epoxy mortars or special anti-shrinkage mortars are then injected between the structure and the liner in order to realize a perfect anchoring.
