High-density polyethylene liner with T-Grip technology: the ultimate protection for concrete products
The HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Liner with T-Grip technology offers exceptional chemical and physical resistance. COPREM has been using it for more than 10 years for the lining of its products - when additional concrete protection and absolute watertightness are required.
These sheets consist of a smooth surface and a surface with parallel T-shaped anchors. These anchors are formed directly during extrusion and are an integral part of the sheet. The anchors then remain embedded in the concrete when casting - isolating it from the damaging effects of aggressive elements.
HDPE T-Grip Liner also represents an important step forward in the physical properties of buildings in general, whether prefabricated or cast in situ. The elongation at break of 700% enables the lining not to break when subjected to stress - unlike the protective coatings realized with paints or others.
